Logging In

This guide covers how to access the Qarion platform and manage your authentication.

Accessing Qarion

Navigate to your organization's Qarion instance URL (e.g., https://app.qarion.com) to access the login page.

Sign In Methods

Email and Password

To sign in, simply enter your registered email address and password, then click Sign In.

First-Time Login

If you're logging in for the first time, you should have received a welcome email with your initial credentials or a password reset link. Follow the link to set up your password. Once set, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.

Password Management

Changing Your Password

To change your password, click on your avatar in the top-right corner and navigate to Settings. Select the Account Security tab, then enter your current password followed by your new password (and confirm it). Click Update Password to save your changes.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for security.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and check your inbox for a password reset link. Click the link to set a new password.

Session Management

Your session remains active for the duration specified by your organization's security policy. For security, especially when using shared computers, always sign out when you are finished. You can sign out by clicking your avatar and selecting Sign Out.

Troubleshooting

If you can't access the login page, check that you're using the correct URL for your organization, verify your internet connection, and try clearing your browser cache.

If your password isn't working, ensure Caps Lock is not enabled. You can use the "Forgot Password" flow to reset it, or contact your administrator if issues persist.

If your account appears locked after multiple failed login attempts, please wait a few minutes before trying again. If the issue persists or you believe your account was locked in error, contact your administrator for assistance.
